Cannot change download thread/task count on versions past 2.1.2

Describe the bug
I'm unable to actually change the download thread count and task count on any version past 2.1.2. I can change the counts in the menu, but once I press OK it doesn't save and stays at 2 for each setting.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Open the downloads menu
2. Tap on the gear in the top left, try to change the task count and/or thread count, and click OK.
3. Open the gear menu again, and notice how the settings haven't changed to what you set them to earlier.

Expected behavior
The changed settings should save.

• Device: Moto G Power
• OS: Android 12
• Version: Any past 2.1.2

download thread count and task count is no longer effective after 2.1.2, since we have switched to Ketch which uses Android workx to manage download tasks, which will be set to a value based on your cpu core num&performance by OS settings.

These config will be hided in later release
