Two customer requests

Hi! I bought the pro version of your app. Very nice! :)

Have three requests and one question.

1. Ability to select all text from console and copy. Having this alone would make your app much easier to use.
2. Ability to keep the inspector open during page reloads for the Network information.
3. Click on a JavaScript error in the console and see where it is happening in the code.

Question. I think the remote Inspector at the remote URL with my #t7Xx is awesome! Except it doesn't update. I am not precisely sure how this remote resource works beyond the obvious steps I taken. Any guidance from you would be helpful.

Thanks @Hydra9268 #t7Xx is your remote debug id, it won't change unless you re-install MIHTool.
