Onboarding Workflow

Look into creating a workflow diagram which gives on overview of onboarding into Kindly

• who will contribute and how (non-technical vs technical)
• what's the need to know info
• what contributions one can make (ie training data, documentation, issues)
• index of useful code

Useful code to add to index:

• Google Sheets API to Github (potential blog post too with in-depth info)
• process function in api.py where options for where input text will be processed (ie our model or cardiffnlp)
