Add `save()` and `load()` methods to`KMeansScorer`

Most models can be persisted to avoid future retraining. It would be nice to have that same capability for KMeansScorer specifically.

Hi @inad9300 , and thanks for raising this feature request. That would be great to add indeed. I suggest to add save() and load() to all of the blow at the same time to offer a unified API:

• Anomaly Aggregators
• Anomaly Models
• Anomaly Detectors
• Anomaly Scorers

We can use ForecastingModel.save() and ForecastingModel.load() as reference.
