Update key deletion warning copy to remove analytics #4515
Description
The key deletion warning currently states that analytics and historical usage are permanently deleted, but analytics data is not actually deleted when a key is removed.
Update the copy for key deletion to remove or adjust the part about analytics so the message is accurate, while still making clear that key deletion is not reversible and users should not rely on soft deletes.
Current identity deletion warning text for reference (keys use similar language):
deleting this identity will remove all associated metadata and ratelimits. This action cannot be undone. Any verification, tracking, and historical usage tied to this identity will be permanently lost. Associated keys will not be affected.
Ensure the key deletion copy no longer implies that analytics data is deleted.
