The description said "Can only access public channels or channels you're a member of", but when I enter a public channel number that I am not subscribed to, it does not add to the download list.

Hello mercuzzio. The documentation does indeed state that you can only scrape from channels/groups you are a part of so adding an ID of a channel you are not part of shouldn't work. Plus, it is also strictly prohibited by telegram to carry out such an action.
