shadcn-vue v4 uses different Tailwind classes than docs, causing visual inconsistencies

Hello team,

I noticed that shadcn-vue v4 introduces notable changes to Tailwind class usage compared to previous versions. For example, in the Command item component, the vertical padding changed from (py-1.5) (older version) to (py-3) in v4.

Why this matters: the current shadcn-vue documentation appears to reference the older version. When installing v4 and following the docs, these differences lead to visual inconsistencies.

Could you please:

• Confirm whether the documentation is aligned with v4
• Provide guidance or a migration note for these class changes
• Clarify the expected Tailwind defaults for v4 components
