SmartScreen from Microsoft Defender doesn't allow me to execute the .exe file

I'm trying to open the installer for the 0.0.3 version running a windows 10 64 bits. The OS prompts with a message that says that SmartScreen from Microsoft Defender avoided to run an unkown application. Are there any steps that I can follow as a workaround to solve this? Thanks!
