Quality report suggestions

Title should be "ASP Output Quality Report"
First page should have some additional information about the pair (e.g., image size in pixel dimensions), the ASP configuration/commands, the point cloud density, the output DEM details (posting, CRS, percent valid vs. nodata, etc)
Want section titles, and short captions below figures, ideally with figure numbers that can be referenced in any canned text in the report.
Later in the report, a summary of runtime for each step and total runtime from the log files would be useful.

Should also discuss order for the different sections and plots.

For example, I think the plot showing geometry and input images with match point overlay should come earlier in the report.
