basic networking: make a default local address, also support DHCP

We should setup a "default zotac" config option that assigns two addresses to enp3s0: DHCP and 10.0.0.1. Similar to the BaiCells box, this will let us flash an image, ship it to someone, and give them clear/concrete instructions on how to set it up.
