wish output.latex.template.package could be relative to the Markdown file

I often include a template inside my Living Papers document repo. However, the `output.latex.template.package` setting (specifying where a template can be found) seems to require an absolute path. This doesn't work for collaboration or just moving folders around. I wish I could just put "." here.
