Automatic update of vale packages #76
Description
When a .vale.ini is using packages, it would nice to have the packages updated regularly. For instance, on each activation of the extension.
As a future iteration might be even better if there is check if there is a new version available and if it is the case to ask user if he/she wants to upgrade.
