active channel

Hello!

Plugin does not pause audio stream when playback (youtube) paused as result output stream marked as active.

Here is an example:

1. Open tab 1 youtube music
2. open tab2 youtube autobook
3. Pause tab1
4. pause tab2

Check output channels status:

wpctl status

        80. Firefox                                                     
             43. output_FR       > ALC897 Analog:playback_FR	[paused]
             83. output_FL       > ALC897 Analog:playback_FL	[paused]
        94. Firefox                                                     
             72. output_FR       > ALC897 Analog:playback_FR	[active]
             93. output_FL       > ALC897 Analog:playback_FL	[active]

Second channel market as "active" when it is actually "paused".

Firefox 140.4.0esr

Without soundfixer plugin firefox works as expected.
