Automatically add space on selecting an option from dropdown

Hi,
I use the macOS version with Malayalam.
Currently when I type and choose an option from dropdown (by pressing Enter), it selects and inserts the word to input field, but now I have to again press space-bar before typing the next word.
Curious if this was a conscious design choice or if not, is there some easy way/setting to automatically add a space after a word is selected by Varnam? I have seen many English autocomplete plugins having this configured by default, so an optional flag to add this directly from settings page would be super useful I think.

P.S. I've been using Varnam for the last 2 weeks to type Malayalam in a class. This is very high quality super useful software! Thanks a lot for making this!!
