Docs: Matching loaders on resource queries

What is the documentation issue?

In PR #88644, support for matching loaders on resource queries was added in the canary release. However, there is no documentation explaining how to use this feature with Turbopack.

Is there any context that might help us understand?

There should be clear guidance with examples on how to configure loaders using resource queries and any limitations compared to Webpack.

Also, one question: why does Turbopack require explicit configuration for this, while Webpack seems to handle similar cases automatically?

I guess, you mean, because it is already configured by Next.js? Webpack is all about the custom config.

I mean that earlier when using webpack we can directly import raw files(found in many disscussions, also v0 confirmed it) without any configuration using ?raw syntax but in turbopack we have to explicity configure it via rule.

Webpack needed a loader (and then it became an asset rule or something like that, it's been a while) to do that, that's what I mean, like, Next.js configures Webpack. So is your question, why doesn't Turbopack apply them automatically for you in the context of a Next.js app?
