It's a shame that the project is abandoned. I think it's the best alarm app: beautiful, functional, I've loved it. The only thing missing for me to be able to use it is a simple widget that shows the current time in large text with the next scheduled alarm below it (without relying on the system alarms, which can be used for other things, such as Tasker).

Co-maintainer here. Thanks to everyone who's opened issues and kept using Chrono, it really does mean a lot to see people still care.
We did stop working on it for a while. Other work took over, Android kept getting harder to build reliable alarm apps on, and motivation ran out.
We're planning to pick it back up soon. Can't give a firm date yet, I'd rather say that than promise one and go quiet again. But it's the plan.
