[FEAT] Option to always use OneTimeScopes by default

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe

I prefer to input my scope every time, rather than from a persisted list, so having the extra step to select a "one time scope" is frustrating.

Describe the solution you'd like

I'd like to have an option to bypass the predefined/persisted scope selection and always just type a one-time-scope in a single step. A PR for a similar souding feature was submitted a while ago but hasn't been merged yet (#318).

Describe alternatives you've considered

I used to use the knister-peter extension, but it's been archived for some time now and is no longer installable from the marketplace.

+1 for someone who used the knister-peter extension (now archived). Having to arrow down for a one time scope is indeed frustrating.
