This issue has a loud title because wyhash cannot pass smhasher3 default and extra checks.

For example, one of the failing tests is SeedZeroes. We happen to use a wyhash call for maps with a zero seed. And while I have a small-dirty fix (!) to fully pass smhasher3 (default, extra), it also makes sense to consider moving away from a zero seed and/or switching to rapidhash and/or integrating my patch.

There is also a vague suspicion that wyhash is abandoned.

I'm asking those who have an active opinion on the topic to comment.
