constant flow but zigzag graph

Shower at full flow (and same temperature) gave this graph:

Either the flow is really going up and down (can feel some change in pressure sometimes, but not that periodic) or (more likely) it's some bug.
Either hardware bug of the flow meter (maybe some resonance frequency) or software bug (maybe interval offset).
