Detectable image Non-decorative images are detectable
Please explain / define "detectable". This is painfully vague. To who should an image be detectable? What counts as "detectable"? Like, should screen users need to know that an image of text is an image? Does this (also?) need to be programmatic, if so, what part? The role, the accessible name, both? Those seem covered by other requirements, so presumably not. But if not, what then?
Recommendation: Drop this requirement, it makes very little sense.
