[Bug]: Party (Raid) Frames no longer work

What happened?

Hasn't worked since DF released. DR's just dont show up at all.

fix is to just change the party anchor in anchors.lua to CompactPartyFrameMember%d

Meh normal party frames are pooled now so can't just use CompactPartyFrameMember%d and the likes.

Anyways it should hopefully mostly work again now in v2.5.7. But edit mode for party is a bitch to get working without tainting the whole UI so that'll have to wait for now. Testing/moving the party DR icons while in a group will be necessary as a workaround.
