Voice Input non-default shortcuts don't work #9006

Describe the bug
Some of the keys for activating voice input don't work.
Right Alt (default one) works as it should, but when i change it (settings => AI => Voice):
- Right Ctrl - doesn't work at all
- Left Ctrl - makes both left and right ctrl work
- Right Shift - doesn't work at all
- Left Shift -makes both left and right shift work
Didn't try other shortcuts. Please fix.

To reproduce
- Go to settings => AI => Voice, set the "key for activating voice input" to "Ctrl (Right)"
- Open new conversation and press Right Ctrl
- Observe that the voice recognition is not activated
Expected behavior
Voice recognition should be activated.
