devcontainer relies on deprecated ability to override configuration defaults via environment variables

The devcontainer configuration sets the wasabee server configuration using environment variables via docker-compose. Unfortunately the ability to set wasabee configuration items via environment variables was removed (with two small exceptions) in PR #22.

I don't think I ever successfully built WS using docker. I'd done some experiments with Google Cloud hosting.

Would you be interested in containerizing the server process? I don't have the bandwidth to do it
