Support for S33

Arris has a new modem out (S33).
I've written some quick and dirty support for it. Would there be interest in adding it to surfer?

Sure, as long as you follow the existing patterns, and have a testdata/ entry with an example page we can validate against, I'm happy to accept a PR.
