Allow overriding nits values for built-in Apple displays (to provide a means for manual adjustment of sync range)

The app allows overriding detected nits values for non-Apple displays but for Apple displays the system reported values take precedence. Allowing these to be overridden should provide a means for the manual adjustment of the sync range.
