Error in Network Tab - net::ERR_BLOCKED_BY_ORB

Fresh laravel install and followed documentation. Had to enable the cors setting for authentication to get anything to work. Only testing with just a base counter component. Component will show on the page but whenever attempting to interact with the component, it doesn't react. Only thing I see related to wire-extender is net::ERR_BLOCKED_BY_ORB.
