Fun/Goofy community effects for microphone/voice?

I mainly use EasyEffects for microphone filters, but was wondering if anyone knows of any funny or goofy community effect packs; think like voice changing, weird sounds, etc. in the vein of Twitch streamers or similar setups.

There are standalone voice changers you can use if you've got a good GPU.

Voice changer is w-okada and derivatives: deiteris, tg-develop and my thing that's called AVoc.

Voice model training is RVC and its derivatives and analogs: fumiama, Applio.
