VST support

This is the closest alternative to equalizer apo on windows. The only problem is it has VST support, now there is a way to do it on linux but this involves about four or more different software's and its alot of bloat and pain to setup so is it possible to add this via EasyEffects? Just like how there is a long list of effects there should be an option at the very bottom that is add and it uses the same VSTs like Equalizer APO (the dll files).

There is an open issue about things like this #1433. Long story short it is not going to be easy to add support for that. Even if we consider only VST plugins that actually support Linux. For the ones that have only windows dll it is even worse.

We have a very old open issue about it #854. The problem is lack of time to integrate the Calf plugins that does bit crushing. There is always something more urgent that has to be done.

I will add this to our todo list #4433 (comment). so I do not forget about it again. This one should at least be less complicated to integrate than some of the other requested plugins.
