"Enable/Disable input monitoring" option is not clear

Describe the bug

Some of the options are not clear enough. For example,

"Enable/disable input monitoring" option sounds to me like it is actually the same setting as "process all input streams". What is the difference? Additionally, there is no way to know if "selecting" or "deselecting" this option enables or disables this feature. Logic says the default "unselected" state is the disabled state. But it could have been made a little more clearer.

Process all input streams is a much older option that means "redirect to EasyEffects all streams that are recording audio from the user microphone or whatever it is the system selected audio source".

The input monitoring option is something totally different. It allows the user to link the output of the microphone effects pipeline to the soundcard. Or to EasyEffects virtual sink depending on what the user enabled in our preferences window. this feature is there so the user can know how the microphone audio is being processed.
