Break out databases and integrations into their own views after initial set up

Assuming we hide the wizard after initial setup (#95 🙏), we'll want a place where you can add new database connections, refresh their data and connect to integrations like slack. In general, we may want to rethink the onboard experience and IA of the app to extend beyond initial setup.
