Can't Connect to SLSKD API

My slskd server is running in docker and the web ui works, but for some reason the SoulSyncBot can't connect to it, and says connection refused in the logs. How do I fix this?

The exact error is as follows:

Unable to connect to the SLSKD API: org.apache.http.conn.HttpHostConnectException: Connect to localhost:5030 [localhost/127.0.0.1, localhost/0:0:0:0:0:0:0:1] failed: Connection refused

I am also having the same issue. I wonder if this is due to an slskd update breaking compatibility.
