[FEATURE] `nb ls --tac` to reverse the output a second time

This is a weird request, but when you use this app to journal, the amount of IDs gets pretty bloated. One thing I've found myself doing is nb ls -sr |tac to show only the most recent entries in my journal, like so:

dogbold@laika:~ % >> nb -sr |tac
53 omitted. 68 total.

It'd be neat to do something like this without the extra pipe.

i don't imagine it should be implemented exactly like this either, the actual goal is to get only the notes from the max ID minus --limit, then display those in ascending order. right now, --sort --reverse does 2/3 of the work, only needing the final flip in the order of the lines.

Seems like it would work as a plugin if we can come up with a good subcommand name.

that'd add a different command from nb ls, right? i'm not sure why you'd do it like that

@Beethoven-n Whether it's a subcommand or option, it's more than reversing the output; it's like a new view. It's more like the tail command. Maybe that would be a good name.
