winget style cli support to find and get apks #646

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
New phone, ideally avoid google accounts, so sideloading something like yalp, but still need to get the apks to then use adb.
Describe the solution you'd like
If apk sources and resources are outside the scope of winget, then a similar tool, to search for, and download, apks from sources like play store (ideally additionally sources like FOSS can be added, if they're interchangeable
Describe alternatives you've considered
something that gets apks from a shell... maybe ruby irb via a gem, maybe something already exists in adb/ android-studio / some other tool...
Additional context
Had this idea whilst attempting a root, only to discover additional requirements along the way (frija tool requires .net core, and c++redist08, and then fails to find the firmware for the model, so looking at METHOD 2: Device Model and CSC Number Via Third-Party App, which requires login to use play-store on app... 💡 adding things to sd in interim
