Feature Request: Canonical method to replace Empirical calls with plain ruby

Empirical looks great and I have really high hopes for what you're doing.

Please don't take this the wrong way but I think it would really aid with adoption if there was a canonical way that you could rewrite fun calls to use def as a just in case "ejector seat".

Maybe etiher a Rubocop cop or a rake task using Prism, something like that?
