Literal LLM Schemas

Many LLM providers support structured outputs JSON Schema or some subset of it. I think it might make sense to have Literal data classes that can produce these schema definitions as well as validate input from the LLM.

Hi @joeldrapper. I was just looking for this feature inside literal, and was thinking to work on it. I can work on a PR if you'd like. I was thinking on implementing some subset of JSON SCHEMA compatible with OPENAPI 3, because that would lead to ease of use in API and Swagger Documentation generation from code. I have plans to integrate it for my projects, but would love if this becomes a feature of Literal. Would you be interested in such a work ?

Wonderful @joeldrapper. I will have a PR with the core idea, and we can work over it to make it compatible with the project's principles and mindset. I'm really into Typing in Ruby, and Literal looks really great, so I might even look for contributing in other areas as well. Sorry for my English, is not my primal language ☺️

This idea is cool but maybe it's a feature for a companion gem? Eg literal-schema
