Implement comprehensive RBAC role management tests in UserManager. Added tests for adding, removing, and setting user roles, as well as verifying user permissions and admin status. Enhanced concurrent user registration and role modification tests to ensure thread safety. Updated user status management tests for freezing and unfreezing users. Improved index consistency checks during user registration.
