Mdu doesn't finish running

I've followed the installation instructions, when I run fusesoc run --target=verilator_tb --flag=mdu servant, the execution hangs (doesn't finish running). The make process has completed.
OS: Ubuntu 22.04
Verilator Version: Verilator 5.035 devel rev v5.034-88-g8965401d1
FuseSoC version: 2.4.3
