Library Dependencies

The following libraries are not yet published for Scala 2.13.0-M5 :

• org.typelevel:cats-core (expected with the Cats 1.5 release, coming soon)
• org.eu.acolyte:jdbc-scala
• org.playframework.anorm:anorm

Expected Behavior

Cross-build and publish artifacts for the latest Scala 2.13 milestones (currently 2.13.0-M5).
