No visible cue for breakpoint

When I click to add a breakpoint, the breakpoint is added on the lldb prompt, but there is no visible cue for it (like a red dot).

In the process of reviving this project right now, and this is an obvious high priority bug. See #6 for updates.

I played around a bit and realized that breakpoints don't appear visually with red dots until you have multiple files open and switch back and forth between them.
