Every now and then some users open an issue at zulip/zulip which should be at zulip/zulip-desktop or zulip/zulip-mobile. It would be cool if you could do something like:
@zulipbot move zulip-desktop
instead of having to annoy someone with the privileges of moving issues cross repo.
