Hey,
This PR sets the minimum python version to 3.10
It fixes the doc, stating clearly we need hcl2
I also contributed to python-hcl2 to fix their lark parser: amplify-education/python-hcl2#85
Since this project looks a bit unmaintained, I will split from it and rename it on 2022/02/01 if I don't hear from y'all so the community can use this tool reliably.
