[codex] Align abyss roadmap with v0.2.0 runtime contour

Summary

• add a current v0.2.0 release contour to the abyss-stack roadmap
• name the checked runtime-substrate, diagnostic spine, repair-safe, local-worker, and federation/ToS graph surfaces without claiming live-service mutation
• extend roadmap parity coverage so the named current-release surfaces must exist and stay referenced

Runtime note

Local source/deployed parity initially reported ROADMAP.md drift against /srv/abyss-stack/Configs. A dry-run showed only ROADMAP.md would change, so the deployed Configs mirror was refreshed through scripts/aoa-sync-configs without --delete before rerunning release_check.
