CM -> CM2
ESM -> ESM1.5

Fixes #1123

Have you also checked if there are any reference in the documentation for things like "Run ACCESS-CM" or "Run ACCESS-ESM" to be changed?

Also, do you think we could also rename the file (run_access-esm.md to run_access-esm1.5.md or run_access-esm1p5.md? In that case we can set a redirection for run_access-esm.md to the new file name

I did a check and just updated a couple spots.
I guess I could change to run_access-esm1p5.md but create too much conflict with #1121 right now, especially since I haven't touched that file in this PR.. probably easier to do in either #1121 or when the run_esm1.6 page gets added
