Follow-up to the //c ProDOS/DHGR fix: - Scope the IWM status-register read to the //c via a new Disk2Card 'iwm' flag so discrete Disk II controllers (//e, II+, II) keep holding the data latch during spin-down, preventing a write-protect sense being misread. - Add regression tests: //c boot (title banner, DOS 3.3, ProDOS), IWM status reads (motor on/off during spin-down), discrete Disk II safety, and IOUDIS/DHIRES independence. - Speed up the //c boot integration tests via batched execution with early-exit on the expected screen text. - Update README (models, DHGR, test counts) and CHANGELOG; bump to 1.1.5.
