This PR contains two sets of changes:
The added l2hostility whitelist adds Vampires and Vampire Hunters to the L2 Hostility whitelist. This allows these mobs to spawn with L2 levels no matter which faction the player is a part of. This allows for much more dynamic combat between the two factions as both with have similar L2 levels.
The goal of the three added lang files is to disambiguate the spell power and mana from these mods. With these, each of these mods' spell power and damage is prefixed with the name of the mod. No more wondering which mod item's spell power or mana will affect. This is particularly useful when adding Apotheosis affixes.
Both sets of changes have been tested in singleplayer and on my server.
