Previously, the
--which-wpull-commandflag would replace all occurrences of/grab-sitewith/wpull, eg/home/grab-site/gs-venv/bin/grab-sitebecame/home/wpull/gs-venv/bin/wpull.This PR fixes that behaviour by using regex instead.
