…covery Document that SD (South Dakota) Trust is responsible for signing backing wallets under EVM cross-chain recovery, using Singapore key shards. SG Custody does not sign directly and should not receive signing requests. Also document required unsigned JSON fields (nextContractSequenceId, expireTime) and the halfSigned.txHex validation requirement to prevent ambiguity during recovery handling.
