Dataset overview

The HUST Transmission System Dataset was collected based on the SQI experimental platform. This dataset contains four-channel vibration sensor signals corresponding to 14 health states of a mechanical transmission system, obtained through fault simulation experiments. The dataset is publicly available, and anyone may use it to validate fault diagnosis algorithms. If this dataset is used in any publication, please cite the following paper:

数据集概述

HUST传动系统数据集基于SQI实验平台采集。该数据集包含通过故障模拟实验获得的机械传动系统14种健康状态下的四通道振动传感器信号。该数据集为公开数据集,任何人均可使用其对故障诊断算法进行验证。若在出版物中使用该数据集,请引用以下论文:

Introduction of Test Rig

The data were collected from a fault simulation experimental test rig, as shown in Fig. 1. The transmission chain of the test rig (from left to right) consists of a motor, a coupling, a left bearing, a shaft, a right bearing, a pulley, a belt, and a gearbox. The motor speed can be controlled by a speed controller.

Motor model: Marathon CAT. NO. D393A;

Bearing model: ER-16K;

Gearbox model: Hub City M2.


实验台介绍

该数据采集自如图1所示的故障模拟实验台,实验台中的传动链(从左至右)包含电机、联轴器、左轴承、轴、右轴承、皮带轮、皮带、齿轮箱。通过速度控制器可控制电机转速。

电机型号:marathon CAT. NO. D393A

轴承型号:ER-16K

齿轮箱型号:Hub City M2

Working conditions

As shown in Table 1, the experiment was conducted under six steady operating conditions and one time-varying operating condition.
