Updated, and Added the LAGMI token entry to apechain.json and uploaded the logo to the assets folder.

I've uploaded the logo and updated the apechain.json for the LAGMI ($LE) token. This is ready for review and to have the workflows approved whenever a maintainer is available.

• there was a missing bracket I've fixed
• please use the assets folder for the token logo and use relative paths like we did for the other assets
• please resize the logo size to 100x100

Hi @0xMyrddin, all requested changes are now complete:
​Resized the LAGMI logo to exactly 100x100.
​Moved the logo to the src/assets/ folder.
​Updated apechain.json with the relative path: BASE_URL/assets/legodslogo.png.
​Everything should be ready for a final review. Thanks for the guidance!
