Ica-aroma in one shot resampling

I am using RABIES for the first time, and having some trouble understanding the order of operations. I want to use ICA-aroma, and i understand it tis important to do this after censoring and before filtering to avoid further confounds. My question is whether this means I cannot include ICA-Aroma in the one-shot resampling at all, and would have to perform it separately, or whether by specifying the order of operation within the one-shot resampling code, I avoid that problem already. Any help is appreciated, thank you in advance!

I am unsure I understand your question regarding one shot resampling. In RABIES, one shot resampling to commonspace is carried before denoising. Then, resampled images are corrected. The of denoising steps with censoring, AROMA, filtering, is all handled by RABIES, so you should not have to handle this yourself - you simply select the denoising parameters that you want to include.
